Domino's Pizza

I ordered 2 10” pizzas and received one large (14”) mind you because a worker made one large instead of two smalls and when I called they said that they gave me the large instead of remaking it like they should have and that it’s basically the same as two smalls. Obviously the lady was dumb because how is 20” the same as 14? Genuinely never ordering from here again that’s just crazy

I order a pizza and it came missing a slice and the box looked open bc the crust of the pizza was sticking out.

I ordered a pizza at 6:30 on a Weds night. It originally estimated delivery for 60-70 min. On the tracker, the pizza was cooked around 8pm, which would already make it late. However, then the tracker said delivery would be between 9:12-9:30. 3 hours on a Weds night! Called and was on hold for a while, finally got the manager on the phone and he confirmed the delivery estimate was accurate (which would have meant it was cooked for 1.5 hours just sitting). I asked if there was something they could do, and they canceled my order so I could get a refund (you’d think they’d offer a free pizza or something for the future). Tonight I learned not to trust them.

Waited 2 hours for delivery and then after 2 hours they updated my wait time by adding another 2 hours. The tracker told me 40 minutes total, so it doesnt make sense that I'd have to wait literally 4 hours.

Food was 30 minutes late for delivery. When it got there steak and cheese sandwich had absolutely nothing on it the cheese marinara dip was burnt with no bread twist and the pizza was cold
